Absolutely wonderful beef tallow the consistency is great, it is nice and white. The taste is wonderful, easy to use, easy to open, seals right back after use.
This tallow works amazingly well in my deep fryer and has a really great clean flavor. It makes fries taste incredibly great and I love how crisp they get. It has a nice smell and great texture. Overall I think that it’s a great value for this size and I like that it comes in a heavy duty resealable tub.
This is a little bucket with a lot of beef tallow inside. Not hard to open, just crack the side parts so they can swing apart enough to get the lid off. It is a little bit difficult to get the lid back on tightly, and I think it’ll be easier to store in Mason jars of a pound each (pint size). Like the other brands of beef tallow I’ve tried, this one has a mild scent, fine texture (see photo), and makes amazing french fries. They cook up great at a temp of 325 degrees F. for the first three minutes, then (after the fries cool on the side and the oil comes to the higher temp) 380 degrees to crisp and brown the outsides. Two-stage frying works best for french fries so they’re not overcooked on the outside while the inside cooks through. And with this much tallow you don’t have to worry about having enough to fill your deep fryer. It’s a great deal, too, currently about half the price per pound compared to the 1-lb. jars. The bucket says to use it up within six months of opening, but also says that refrigeration can extend its usable life. I’ll be keeping some in the fridge and checking back in six months to update on how well it stores.

I haven't used it yet, but very pleased with the brand, and this is one of those items to have on hand when you run out of other items. I love the Non-GMO...and frankly it's 100% pure and that's what I needed. It's also a great price. I also bought jars to keep it in the freezer because that's the best way to keep it for longer.

This is really good tallow. It has a great flavor and the smell isn't overpowering. I have fried chicken breasts and cubed steak in it and both tasted great. The only complaint I have is the lid is really hard to get off.

This is the second bucket we’ve purchased. It has a great flavor, and is wonderful for cooking and deep frying. We use it on the stove or in an actual deep fryer. The tallow can be used on your skin as well. Overall, great product.
